Montaje de la máquina

ADVERTENCIA

Se requiere montar la Roscadora correctamente para evitar lesiones de gravedad. Deben seguirse los siguientes procedimientos:

La máquina roscadora No. 1210 puede funcionar sobre un banco o en el Soporte No. 120. El Soporte 120 es un soporte plegable de tres patas (Figura 2). En la parte su- perior de cada pata viene un pasador guía; ellos sostendrán a la Roscadora 1210 en su sitio.

Montaje sobre el Soporte No. 120

1.Para instalar el Soporte 120 haga girar las dos (2) patas exteriores alrededor de la sección central del Soporte hasta que el pasador de émbolo se enclave en su sitio. (Figura 2)

2.La pata central estacionaria tiene un pasador más grande. Esta pata central y su guía deben ser puestos hacia la parte TRASERA de la máquina.

3.Para montar la Roscadora No. 1210 sobre el Soporte 120, agarre la Roscadora de sus dos mangos de transporte, tanto del delantero como del trasero.

4.Coloque la Roscadora 1210 de tal manera que la parte TRASERA de la máquina quede sobre la guía de la pata central estacionaria del Soporte. Las es- quinas delanteras de la máquina deben quedar puestas encima de las dos (2) guías más pequeñas.

5.Baje la máquina hacia los pasadores de montaje del Soporte. Las guías ayudarán a colocar la máquina debidamente en su sitio. Introduzca el pasador de fi- jación por el agujero en la guía delantera del soporte para agarrar la máquina. (Figura 3)

ADVERTENCIA Antes de soltar la Roscadora 1210, asegure que los pasadores de montaje del Soporte estén correctamente acoplados a la máquina roscadora. El pasador de fijación debe haberse metido correcta- mente antes de usar la máquina
