3.Coloque la placa delantera de tal manera que el tapón para el vaciado del aceite quede alineado con el agujero del tapón de vaciamiento situado en la placa. Las barras de enclavamiento deben quedar fijas en posición elevada dentro de los agu- jeros en las patas interiores del Soporte. Fije la placa con pernos hexagonales de 10 mm. A- priételos a fondo.

4.Para levantar o bajar el Soporte No. 250 con la máquina Compacta No. 300 montada en ella, párese frente a la máquina por el lado donde está el carro. Apriete las barras de enclavamiento, jun- tándolas, para desengancharlas de los agujeros de enclavamiento. Para levantar, tire (hacia arriba) de la barra horizontal del Soporte. Para bajar, empuje la barra horizontal hacia abajo.

5.Cuando se transporte la máquina Compacta No. 300 sobre el Soporte No. 250 debe usarse la placa para sellar la presión del aceite. Para insertar esta placa, extraiga la bandeja para virutas, deslice la lengüeta de la placa debajo del volante del mandril de la Compacta 300, fuerce el clip de resorte hacia abajo, hasta enganchar en el borde delantero del bastidor de la máquina, como se muestra en la Figura 2A. El sello de goma debajo de la placa de sellado cubrirá los agujeros de vaciamiento en la bandeja de goteo.

Soportes Universales Modelos 100A, 150A ó 200A

1.El diagrama y la lista de piezas para los soportes se incluyen en la Lista de Repuestos de la Modelo 300.

2.Ensamble el soporte con las calcomanías interiores apuntando hacia el interior del soporte (Figura 3).

3.Introduzca las barras del freno en la parte de aba- jo de las patas, como se muestra en el dibujo. Use los cuatro (4) pernos hexagonales de 3/8 - 16 x 21/2 pulgs. para fijar las patas a la viga cruzada. Ponga las dos mitades del freno del soporte a la distancia correcta para que encajen en las patas traseras del soporte. El Soporte No.100A con Patas y Bandeja no requiere la barra de frenado ni la incluye.
