INSTALLATION
Installation
Step 1 Setting the Cable Length Jumpers
TIP If you are using a cable that is close to the top end of the cable length range and a Video resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher, you may achieve better Video quality by selecting the jumper settings for the next higher cable length range. For example, if your CAT5 cable length is 250 feet, you might achieve better Video quality if you set jumpers JP3, JP4, and JP5 to the 301 - 600 setting. Likewise, if you are at a cable length of 500 feet, a setting of 601 - 1,000 might provide a better Video quality
