Locking (Protecting) a Title

Follow these instructions to lock an entry to protect it from accidental editing.

NUsing the TITLE LIST button

1.With the unit in Stop mode/Playback mode, press the TITLE LIST button.

2. Press the ▲▼ buttons to select an entry you want to protect from

4.Press the ▲▼ buttons to select Protection, then press the OK or ► button.

5.Press the ◄► buttons to select On, then press the OK button. The key icon on the information window for the selected entry

6.If you want to cancel the Protection, select Off in step 5 and press

the OK button. The key icon changes to the unlocked status. (0 )

MIf you select “Select All” in the Edit menu, all title will be checked.
