Setting the display and sound
Learn how to change the basic settings for the display and sound according to your preferences.
Changing the display type
Select a style of display for Shooting or Playback mode.
Press [D] repeatedly to change a display type.

Setting the sound
Set whether your camera emits a specified sound when you operate your camera.
1 In Shooting or Playback mode, press [m]. 2 Select Sound Beep Sound an option.
Option Description
Off | The camera does not emit any sounds. |
1/2/3 The camera emits sounds.
3 Press [m] to return to the previous mode.

Display all information about shooting
Shooting Hide information about shooting, except the
available number of photos
Display all information about the current photo
Hide all information about the current file
Playback
Display information about the current file, except the shooting settings and captured date
