Pečené	1 jablko	300 W	4-4½	-	Odstráňte jadrá jabĺk
jablká	(cca. 200 g)	+ gril			a naplňte ich hrozienkami
	2 jablká		6-7		a lekvárom. Navrch položte
	(cca. 400 g)				prúžky mandlí.
					Jablká položte na plochý
					tanier z ohňovzdorného
					skla.
					Tanier umiestnite rovno na
					otočný tanier.

ROZTÁPANIE MASLA

Vložte 50 g masla do malej hlbokej sklenenej misky. Zakryte plastovým krytom.

Zahrievajte 30-40 sekúnd s použitím 800 W, kým sa maslo neroztopí.

ROZTÁPANIE ČOKOLÁDY

Vložte 100 g čokolády do malej hlbokej sklenenej misky. Zahrievajte 3-5 minút s použitím 450 W, kým sa čokoláda neroztopí. Počas roztápania raz alebo dvakrát zamiešajte. Pri vyberaní používajte chňapky!

ROZTÁPANIE KRYŠTALIZOVANÉHO MEDU

Vložte 20 g kryštalizovaného medu do malej hlbokej sklenenej misky. Zahrievajte 20-30 sekúnd s použitím 300 W, kým sa med neroztopí.

ROZTÁPANIE ŽELATÍNY

Ponorte suché plátky želatíny (10 g) na 5 minút do studenej vody. Odtečenú želatínu vložte do malej sklenenej misky z ohňovzdorného skla. Zahrievajte 1 minútu s použitím 300 W.

Po roztopení zamiešajte.

VARENIE POLEVY/CUKROVEJ POLEVY (PRE KOLÁČ A TORTU) Zmiešajte instantnú polevu (približne 14 g) s 40 g cukru a 250 ml studenej vody.

Varte nezakryté v miske z varného skla 3½ až 4½ minúty pri výkone 800 W, kým nebude poleva priehľadná. Počas varenia dvakrát zamiešajte.

VARENIE DŽEMU

Vložte 600 g ovocia (napríklad zmiešaných bobuľových plodov) do vhodne veľkej misky z varného skla s vekom. Pridajte 300 g želírovacieho cukru a dobre zamiešajte.

Varte zakryté 10-12 minút s použitím 800 W.

Počas varenia niekoľkokrát dobre zamiešajte. Vylejte priamo do malých pohárikov na džem so zakrútiteľnými viečkami. 5 minút nechajte odstáť na uzávere.
