Sound Control
Adjusting the Volume
Press the VOL + or VOL - buttons to increase or decrease the volume.
Using the MUTE Button
At any time, you can temporarily cut off the sound using the MUTE button.

Press the MUTE button and the sound cuts off.
The “MUTE” is displayed.

To turn mute off, press the MUTE button again or, press either the VOL- or VOL+ button.

Customizing the Sound
The sound settings can be adjusted to suit your personal preferences. (Alternatively, you can use one of the “automatic” settings. See next page.)

Press the MENU button. Press the … or † button to select “Sound”, then press the ENTER button.

Press the … or † button to select “Equalizer”, then press the ENTER button.
Press the œ or √ button to select a particular frequency to adjust.
Press the … or † button to increase or decrease the level of the particular frequency.
Press the EXIT button to exit.
