Method

 

 

- Tomato meat sauce

 

 

Heat the oil in a frying pan, then cook the minced

 

 

beef and chopped onion for about 10 min until

 

 

browned all over. Pour over the tomato sauce and

 

 

beef stock, add the dried herbs. Bring up to the boil

 

 

then simmer for 10 min.

 

 

- Lasagna

 

 

Cook lasagna noodles according to package

 

 

directions. Layer the lasagna noodle, meet sauce,

 

 

and half of cheese into gratin dish, about 14x22 cm

 

 

and repeat. Then sprinkle evenly with remaining

 

 

mozzarella cheese on the top of layer of noodles.

Season the potatoes with salt, pepper and oil.
