Printing Multiple Pages on One Sheet
of Paper
You ca n print more than one page on a single sheet of paper.
This feature pr o vi des a co st - e ffecti ve way to p r int draft pag es.
1 From your Macintosh application, select Print from the
File menu.
2 Select Layout .
3 Select the nu mber of p ages you w ant to print on one sheet
of pa pe r o n th e
Pages per Sheet drop-down list.
4 Select th e page order from th e Layout Direction option.
To print a border around each page on the sheet, select
the option yo u w ant from the
Border drop-down list.
5 Click Print , and th e p r inte r pr ints the selected n u mber of
pages on one side of each page.
