Using SetIP program

This progr am is for the ne two rk IP se tting u sing the MAC
address which is the hardware serial number of the network
printer card or interface. Especially, it is for the network
administr a to r to se t several network IPs at th e same time .
You can only use SetIP program when your machine is
connected to a network.
SetIP program sho uld b e a utom atically installed du ring th e
printer driver installation.

Starting the program

Print the machine’s ne tw o rk inform ation rep ort which
includes your machine’ s M AC ad dress.

Open the
/opt/Samsung/mfp/share/utils/
.

Double click the
SetIPApplet.html
file.

Click
in the SetIP w in dow to open the TCP/IP
configuration window.

Enter the network card's MAC address, IP address, subne t
mask, default gateway, and then click
Apply.

OTE
:
when you enter the MAC address, enter it without colon(:).

Using the Un ified D r iver

Configurator

Unified Linux Driver Configurator is a tool primarily intended for
configuring Printer.
After installing the Unified Linux driver, the Unified Linux Driver
Configurator icon will automatically be created on your desktop.

Opening the Un ified Driver

Configurator

Double-click
Unified Driver Configura tor
on the
desktop.
You can also click the Startup Menu icon and select
Samsung Unified Driver
and then
Unified Driver
Configurator
.

Press ea ch bu tto n o n the Modules p an e to switch to th e
corresponding configuration window.
You can use the onscreen help by clicking
Help
.

After changing the configurations, click
Exit
to close the
Unified Driver Configurator.
