Printing Posters

This feature allows you to print a single-page document onto 4,
9, or 16 sheets of paper, for the purpose of pasting the sheets
togethe r to fo rm o n e po ster-siz e d o cu ment.

To ch ang e the print settings from y ou r software
application, access printer properties. See “Printing a
Document” on page 12.

Click the
Layout
tab, select
Poster P rinti n g
in the
Layout Type
drop-down list.

Configure the poster option:
You can select the page layout from
Poster<2x2>
,
Poster<3x3>
or
Poster<4x4>
. If you select
Poster<2x2>
, the outpu t w i ll be au to matically stretched
to cover 4 physical pages.
Specify an overlap in millimeters or inches to make it
easier to pasting the sh e ets tog ether.

Click the
Paper
tab, select the paper source, size, and
type.

Click
OK
and print the d o cu m ent. You can co m p lete th e
poster by pasting the sheets together.

Prin ting a Re duced or Enlarg ed

Document

Y ou ca n change the size of a page’s content to appear larger or
smaller on the printed page.

Reduce/Enlarge
in the
Printing Type
drop-down list.

Enter the scaling rate in the
Percentage
input box.

Fitting Your Document to a

Selected Paper Size

This printer feature allows you to scale your print job to any
selected paper size regardless of the digital document size. This
can be useful when you want to check fine details on a small
document.
