Si punon furra me mikrovalë

Mikrovalët janë valë elektromagnetike me frekuencë të lartë; energjia e çliruar mundëson gatimin ose ringrohjen e ushqimit pa i ndryshuar as formën as ngjyrën.

Furrën me mikrovalë mund ta përdorni për:

•Defrost (Shkrirje)

•Reheat (Ringrohje)

•Cook (Gatim)

Parimi i gatimit.

1.Mikrovalët e prodhuara nga magnetroni reflektohen në zgavër dhe shpërndahen

njëtrajtshëm me rrotullimin e ushqimit në pjatën rrotulluese. Kështu ushqimi gatuhet njëtrajtësisht.

2. Mikrovalët përthithen nga ushqimi deri në një thellësi prej rreth 1 inç (2,5 cm). Pastaj gatimi vazhdon ndërkohë që nxehtësia shpërndahet brenda ushqimit.

3.Koha e gatimit ndryshon sipas enës së përdorur dhe karakteristikave të ushqimit:

•Sasia dhe dendësia

•Përmbajtja e ujit

•Temperatura fillestare (ngrirë ose jo)
