Modul de funcţionare a unui cuptor cu microunde

Microundele sunt unde electromagnetice de înaltă frecvenţă; energia emisă permite gătirea sau reîncălzirea alimentelor fără a se modifica forma sau culoarea acestora.

Puteţi utiliza cuptorul cu microunde pentru:

•Decongelare

•Reîncălzire

•Preparare Principiile preparării.

1.Microundele generate de magnetron sunt reflectate şi distribuite uniform în interiorul

cuptorului, în timpul rotirii alimentelor pe platoul rotativ. Astfel, alimentele sunt gătite uniform.

2. Microundele sunt absorbite de alimente până la o adâncime de circa 1 ţol (2,5 cm). Prepararea continuă pe măsură ce căldura se difuzează în interiorul alimentelor.

3.Duratele de preparare variază în funcţie de recipientul utilizat şi de proprietăţile alimentelor:

•Cantitatea şi densitatea

•Conţinutul de apă

•Temperatura iniţială (congelate sau nu)

IMPORTANT

Deoarece mijlocul alimentelor se prepară prin disiparea căldurii, prepararea continuă chiar şi după ce scoateţi alimentele din cuptor. Prin urmare, trebuie să respectaţi duratele de preparare specificate în reţete şi în această broşură pentru a asigura:

•Prepararea şi pătrunderea uniformă a alimentelor.

•Temperatura uniformă a alimentelor.
