Transferring data from your previous device

You can restore your data, such as images, contacts, messages, and apps from Samsung Cloud. You can also copy them from your previous device via Smart Switch.

Restoring data from your previous device (Smart Switch)

You can connect your previous device to your device with a USB connector (USB Type-C) and a USB cable to easily and quickly transfer data.

During the initial setup, when the data restoration screen appears, tap From your old

 

device →NEXT.

Plug the USB connector (USB Type-C) into the multipurpose jack of your device.
