•Na televizoru je aktiviran Režim prodavnice. Izaberite umesto opcije Režim korišćenja opciju Kućni režim. ( > Podešavanja > Sistem > Napredna podešavanja > Režim korišćenja > Kućni režim).

Isprekidani Wi-Fi signal

•Proverite da li je televizor povezan na mrežu ( > Podešavanja > Mreža > Status mreže).

•Proverite da li je uneta tačna lozinka za Wi-Fi.

•Proverite razdaljinu između televizora i modema/rutera. Razdaljina ne treba da premašuje 15,2 m.

•Smanjite ometanje tako što nećete koristiti ili ćete isključiti bežične uređaje. Takođe, proverite da li postoje prepreke između televizora i modema/rutera.

(Kućni aparati, bežični telefoni, kameni zidovi/kamini itd. mogu da oslabe Wi-Fi signal.)
