Self Diagnosis

Screen Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis Try Now

Your TV is capable of diagnosing itself for picture-, sound-, and signal-related issues. The self- diagnosis function consists of the following options:

●● Auto Diagnosis (UHD S9 series models only)

●● Picture Test

●● Sound Test

●● Voice & Motion Control Environment Check

●● Signal Information

●● Reset

Auto Diagnosis

Screen Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Auto Diagnosis

"" This feature is only available on UHD S9.

Auto Diagnosis automatically diagnoses problems with the TV’s hardware modules, including the Bluetooth Keyboard, Bluetooth Mouse, Voice Recognition, Motion Control, Eco Sensor, among others.

This help users manage these devices far more easily.

"" The TV must be connected to the Internet to use this feature. Ensure that the TV is connected to the Internet by checking its network connection status.

With the Auto Diagnosis option set to On, Auto Diagnosis runs automatically without needing user action.

"" Setting Auto Diagnosis to On displays a user agreement. Agree to the specified terms and conditions of the agreement in order to use Auto Diagnosis.

If Auto Diagnosis is set to On, the Country option must be set. Select the country in which the TV is currently being used.

When the Auto Diagnosis process completes, it automatically sends a report to the Samsung Electronic Service Center via the Internet. If a problem is identified, the Service Center will contact you to make servicing arrangements.
