INFORMATION CODES
When your washing machine malfunctions, you may see an information code on the display. If that happens, check this table and try the suggested solution before calling Customer Service.

4E | • Make sure the source water tap is turned on. | |

| • The laundry load is unbalanced. Redistribute the load. If only one item | |
UE | of clothing needs washing, such as a bathrobe or pair of jeans, the | |
final spin result might be unsatisfactory and an “UE” error message | ||

| After the power is turned off and on again by the power failure of the | |
| moment, an “PoF” error message will blink: | |
PoF | • If you press the Start/Pause button, the operation restarts from the | |
| cycle that was automatically stored due to the power failure. | |
| • If you turn off the washing machine, the stored cycle will be removed. | |
