Lost or Stolen Phones

To report your phone missing, call Telecom Customer Services on
0800 651 000. They will be able to put a bar on your phone to disable
it from being used. You will be asked to load a password that will
need to be repeated if you find or recover your phone. It is important
that you keep this password confidential.
To minimise the inconvenience of losing your phone book details,
please keep a separate record of the information.
