Selecting a Ringer Type for an Entry

You can assign a ringer type to a Contacts entry so you can

identify the caller by the ringer type. (See “Ringer Types”on

page 49.)

To selecta ringer type for an entry:

1. From standby mode, press Contacts(rightsoftkey).

2. Selectthe entry for which you wantto setthe incoming

ringer and press .

3. Press Options(rightsoftkey) > Edit; or if you are selecting

an email or Web address, press Edit(rightsoftkey).

4. Scroll down to the box nextto the icon and press .

5. Selecta ringer and press . (When you highlighta

ringer type, a sample ringer will sound.)

6. Press Save(leftsoftkey) to save the ringer type.
