Erasing Voice Memos

To erase an individual voice memo:

1. Select > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Recorder >

Playor Play:Speaker.

2. SelectVoice(Phone)or microSD (if available).

3. Selectthe memo you wantto erase and press Options

(rightsoftkey) > Erase > Yes.

To erase all voice memos:

1. Select > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Recorder >

Erase All.

2. SelectVoice(Phone)or microSD (if available).

3. SelectYes to erase all voice memos saved in the phone.

– or –

SelectOK (left softkey) to erase all voice memos saved in

the microSD.

Note:The erase all procedure erases all voice memos from the phone or

from the Voice folder in the microSD.

Setting the Recording Guard

With this feature, you can record voice memos without

interruption by incoming calls.

To setthe recording guard:

1. Select > Tools > Voice Services >Voice Recorder.

2. From the voice recorder menu, press RecGuard(right

softkey).

3. SelectOn or Off.

While Recording Guard is on, your phone’s standby screen will

display “Phone Off.”You cannotmake or receive calls.
