Setting an AlertNotification for SMS Voice Messaging

SMS Voice Messaging uses your phone’s data services.

You can setyour phone to play an alertto letyou know you are

connecting to data services each time you access an SMS Voice

message.

To setalertfor SMS Voice messaging:

1. Select > Settings > Messaging > VoiceSMS >

Connection Alert.

2. Press Mark(rightsoftkey) to warn you each time you

access SMS Voice Messaging.

3. Press Done(leftsoftkey) to save the setting.

Airplane Mode

Airplane Mode allows you to use many of your phone’s

features such as Games and the Voice Recorder when you are

in an airplane or in any other area where making or receiving

calls or data is prohibited. When your phone is in Airplane

Mode, itcannotsend or receive any calls or access online

information.

To setyour phone to Airplane Mode:

1. Select > Settings > Others > Airplane Mode.

(The Airplane Mode disclaimer is displayed.)

2. Read the disclaimer and press OK(leftsoftkey).

3. SelectOn or Off.

While in Airplane Mode, your phone’s standby screen will

display “Phone Off.”
