Resetting Your Phone
Resetting the phone restores all the factory defaults, including
the ringer types and display settings. This option will also erase
the Contacts, Call History, Calendar, and Messaging.
To resetyour phone:
1. Select > Settings > Security, and then enter your lock
code. (The Security menu is displayed.)
2. SelectErase/Reset> Reset Phone. (A disclaimer appears.)
3. Read the disclaimer and press OK(leftsoftkey).
4. If you are certain thatyou would like to erase all the data
and resetyour settings, selectYes.
Resetting Your Picture Mail Account
This option resets your authentication ID for your SprintPCS
Picture Mail account.
To resetyour Picture Mail account:
1. Select > Settings > Security, and then enter your lock
code. (The Security menu is displayed.)
2. SelectPicture Mail > ResetPicture Mail. (A warning
appears.)
3. Read the disclaimer and press OK(leftsoftkey).
4. If you are certain thatyou would like to resetyour
Picture Mail account, selectYes.
