NOTES: Auto Defrost
1Steaks and Chops should be frozen in one layer.
2Minced meat should be frozen in a thin shape.
3After turning over, shield the defrosted portions with small, flat pieces of aluminium foil.
4The poultry should be processed immediately after defrosting.

Preparation
1.Mix ingredients for the sauce.
2.Place the fish fillet (e.g. Rosefish fillet) in a round gratin dish with the thin ends toward the centre and sprinkle with salt.
3.Spread the sauce on the fish fillet.
4.Cover with microwave foil and cook on AUTOCOOK
5.After cooking, let stand for approx. 2 minutes.
