1. Introduction

help you correct problems with your telephone.
Although every company has its own way of handling support for
ROLMphone telephones, most have a person responsible for making
configuration changes and answering questions about the telephone
system. This person, the system administrator, can provide you with
information on the features you need to use and can help troubleshoot
problems with your telephone when necessary.
