3.3Administration Tags

The sequence of tags described in this section is based on the sequence in WBM and its dia- logs.

3.3.1System Tag

Determines whether there is a system-wide or device-specific configuration and whether the file content was modified - in this case via the "Value" field. Every time the content of the "Val- ue" field does not match the previous entry, the phone will read all items in the file. If the content is unchanged, no action is taken.
