MMS

Opening and viewing MMS messages

New MMS messages/notifications are indicated on all handsets by the message You have new messagesÛ, by the f message key flashing and by the confirmation tone.

When you open an MMS message, it is displayed in presentation mode.

Note:

If an MMS message only contains a sound, an empty page is displayed and the sound played.

Opening an MMS

fPress to open the incoming message list.

MMS:	If there are new entries in
	several lists:
	Select and press OK.
q	Select MMS.
Play	Press the display key. The MMS
	message is opened.

Presentation mode

The presentation mode plays the MMS message page by page. Presentation mode uses the entire screen. No display keys are available. You have the following options:

uEnter number ~of the page you want to view.

uPress sto scroll to the next page.

uPress tto play the current page again.

uPress ttwice to scroll to the previous page.

Opening attachments

You can open/save/install MMS attachments via the incoming messages list (p. 33).

Activating/setting up an

MMS centre

Up to 3 MMS centres can be set up. Only one MMS centre can be set as Active Send centre at any one time. The selected MMS centre is used to send and receive MMS messages. MMS messages cannot be received via the MMS centres not selected as Active Send.

The telephone comes supplied with Centre 1 as the Active Send. Centre 1 has been set appropriately for your country (see page 58).

Centres

The list of MMS centres is displayed. The currently activated MMS centre is indicated.

Centre 1 Select entry and press OK.

The settings of the selected MMS centre are displayed.

Please note: If there is a preconfigured setting, only change it as instructed by your service provider!

Use qto select the entry fields of the settings.
