The Parental Lock setting allows you to set up the TV to block programs according to their content and rating levels.
✍A password needs to be setup before Parental Lock settings can be accessed for the first time. This password is required for any future access to the Parental Lock settings. If you have lost your
password, see “Lost password” on page 71.

Selecting Parental Lock Options
zIf you are not familiar with the Parental Guideline rating system, you should select Child, Youth, or Young Adult to help simplify the rating selection. To set more restrictive ratings, select Custom.
The Parental Lock settings include the following options:
