Step 2: Charging the battery pack

DCR-SR65/SR85:	You can charge the “InfoLITHIUM”
	battery pack (H series) (p. 91) after
	attaching it to your camcorder.
	 Notes
	 Your camcorder operates only with an
	“InfoLITHIUM” battery pack (H series).

POWER switch

1 Turn the POWER switch in the direction of the arrow to OFF (CHG) (the default setting).

2 Attach the battery pack by sliding it in the direction of the arrow until it clicks.

Getting Started

	DC plug	3 For DCR-SR65/SR85:

DC IN jack		Connect the AC Adaptor to the DC
	Power cord
		IN jack on the Handycam Station.
AC Adaptor	(Mains lead)
		For DCR-SR45/SR46:
4		Connect the AC Adaptor to the DC
		IN jack on your camcorder.

DC plug	Connect the power cord (mains

	 When setting the camcorder onto the
	Handycam Station, close the DC IN jack
	cover.
Open the jack cover.	For DCR-SR45/SR46:

	outlet (wall socket).
AC Adaptor
	The CHG (charge) lamp lights	up and
	charging starts.
To the wall outlet	The CHG (charge) lamp turns	off when
(wall socket)	the battery is fully charged. Disconnect
