Listening to a connected VCR or satellite tuner
1 Press FUNCTION +/ repeatedly (or touch VIDEO/SAT
on the unit) to select “VIDEO” or “SAT.”
2 Start playing the connected component.
To switch between the “VIDEO” and “SAT” function
Keep touching VIDEO/SAT on the unit and press on the unit while the system is on. The system switches the function from “VIDEO” to “SAT” or vice versa.
Note
If the sound is distorted or too loud when “VIDEO” is selected, change the function to “SAT.”
Recording the audio and video signals from a VIDEO CD onto a video tape
1 Connect optional audio cords from the VIDEO/SAT OUT L/R jacks and the supplied video cord from the VIDEO OUT jack to the audio and video input jacks of your VCR.
2 Start recording.
Refer to the operating instructions provided with connected component.
Note
If you press AUDIO , SOUND FIELD or the buttons related to Karaoke Mode, or if you connect or disconnect microphones or headphones, the sound cuts off for a moment.
