When the PIXELA PTP Manager does not start up

1Right-click “My Computer,” then click “Properties.”

The “System Property” screen appears.

2Check whether a device is already installed.

1Click “Device Manager.”

2Double-click “ Other Devices.”

3Check for a “ Sony PTP” with a mark.

3If a device is installed, remove it.

1Click “ Sony PTP.”

2Click “Delete.”

The “Device deletion confirmation” screen appears.

3Click “OK” to remove the driver.

Try PIXELA PTP Manager installation again using the supplied CD-ROM (page 52).
