•Whenr ecording bright subjects, the color of the LCD screen may c hange after the

AEis locked .However, this will not affect the recorded image .

•Whilethe image is bei ng recorded on a floppy disk or a “Memory Stick,”the access

lamplights. When this lamp is lit, do not shake or strike the camera. Also, do not

turnthe power off, not changethe position of the MS/FD selector, ornot remove

thebattery pack/floppy disk/“Memory Stick.”Otherwise, an image data bre akdown

mayoccurandthefloppydiskorthe “MemoryStick”maybecome unusa ble.

•Whenyou press the shutter button fullydown at once, the camera starts recording

afterthe a utomatic adjustment is complete. However, the recording cannot be

carriedout while the lamp(page 8) is flashing. (During this time, the camera is

chargingthe flash.)

Youcan check the last recordedimage by clearing the menu bar from the screen

(page39) and pressing bon the control button.

Toreturn to the normalrecording mode: press the shutter button lightly,o r select

[RETURN]with b/Bon the control button and then press the center z.

Todelete the image: first select [DELETE] on the Quick Review screen with b/B

onthe control button and press the centerz, and then sele ct [OK] with v/Von the

control button and press the center z.

4Pressthe s hutter buttonfully down.

Theshutter clic ks. “RECORDING”appears on the LCD screen, and the image

willbe recor ded on the floppy disk or the “Memory Stick.”When

“RECORDING”disappearsfrom the LCD screen, you can start the next

recording.
