1Turnon the power of your computer and allow Windows to load.

2Connect one end of the supplied USB cable to the USB jack (mini-

B)on the c amera and the other end to the USB connector on your

computer.

3Insert a floppy disk or “Memory Stick”intoyour camera, and set

theMS/F D selector to the appropriate position according to the

mediainse rted.

4Connect the ACpower ad aptor to your camera and then to a wall

outlet(m ains) and turn on the power of your camera.

“USBMODE”appear s on the LCD screen of the camera.

5Open“My Computer”on Windows and dou ble-clickthe newly

recognized drive, “Removable Disk”(Example (D:)∗).

Thefolder si nside the floppy disk or “Memory Stick”aredisplayed.

Ifthe drive is not recognized properly,see “Troubleshooting”on pag e 77.
