Deleting Unwanted Playlists and Files

You can delete unwanted playlists and movie and still image files.

Deleting an Unwanted Playlist

Use the following procedure.

1 In the “MENU” screen, carry out any of the following.

Press numeric button 4.

Using the v and V buttons, select “4. Delete Files,” and press the ENTER button.

When a password has been set

A password entry window appears.

In this case, enter the password with the numeric buttons, and press the ENTER button.

The “Delete Files” screen appears.

2 Carry out any of the following.

Press numeric button 1, then press the ENTER button.

Using the v and V buttons, select “1. Playlists,” and press the ENTER button.

The screen changes as follows.

3 Using the v and V buttons, select the playlist to be deleted.

4 Press the ENTER button.

A message appears, prompting you to confirm the deletion.

The titles of the events constituting the selected playlist appear in the background.

Note

In the “Setup” screen, if item 2. “Delete Confirmation” is set to “No,” this confirmation message does not appear.
