Handling and Storing Memory Stick Media
Follow these guidelines when handling and storing Memory Stick media.
❑Do not touch the contacts on a Memory Stick media with your fingers or any metal object.
❑Use only the labels provided with a Memory Stick media. Do not attach other labels to it.
❑Handle the media carefully. Avoid dropping, bending, or subjecting it to shock or vibration.
❑Do not attempt to disassemble the Memory Stick media.
❑Do not allow the media to get wet.
❑Avoid using or storing the Memory Stick media in any of the following:
•Locations subject to high temperatures or direct sunlight (i.e. the interior of a vehicle parked in bright sunlight)
•Locations exposed to high humidity or corrosive substances.
•Locations that are subject to static electricity or electrical noise generated by large appliances or office equipment.
❑When transporting or storing a Memory Stick media, always use its storage case.
❑Always backup important data that is stored on a Memory Stick media.
❑Do not remove the media when the indicator light is on.
❑Only MG™ Memory Stick media can be used with copyright protected data like music.
