| • | Do not block the ventilation slots at the left side and right | |

| side panels, and vents of fans. | |
| • | Leave a space around the unit for ventilation. | |
| • Leave more than 10 cm of space in the rear of the unit to | ||
|
| secure the operation area. | |
| When the unit is installed on the desk or the like, leave at | ||
| least 5 cm of space in the left and right sides. |
Setting the System
Frequency
This unit is shipped with the system frequency still unset. Therefore, you need to set the system frequency before using the unit. (The unit cannot be used unless the system frequency is set.)
Once it is set, the system frequency is retained even when the unit is powered off.
To set the system frequencyUse the following procedure.

2 Press the M/MARK1 button or the m/MARK2 button to select the system frequency to use.
3 Press the SET button.
“NOW SAVING...” appears in the time data display section, and the modified setting is saved in the unit’s memory.
“COMPLETE ! !” appears when save processing finishes.
If you have selected 60I or 30P
When you press the SET button with 60I or 30P selected in step 2, the following screen appears.
