i.LINK defines maximum data transfer speeds of approximately 100, 200 and 400 Mbps 1) that are referred to as S100, S200 and S400 respectively.
The maximum data transfer speed that an i.LINK device supports is identified on the specifications page of the operating instructions supplied with the device or near its i.LINK connector.
When you connect a device that supports different data transfer speeds, the actual data transfer speeds may be different from those indicated on the i.LINK connectors.
1) What is Mbps?
Megabits per second. A measure of the rate at which data is transmitted per second. In case of 100 Mbps, 100 Megabits of data can be transmitted per second.
