To adjust contrast and brightnessCarry out these adjustments with the color bars displayed.
1 Set the OUTPUT/DCC switch to the BARS position.
The color bars appear on the viewfinder screen.
2 Watching the color bars, turn the CONTRAST and BRIGHT controls to adjust the contrast and brightness.
3 Return the OUTPUT/DCC switch to its original position.
To adjust the outline emphasisYou can rotate the PEAKING control to adjust the peaking, H detail, and V detail of the image in the viewfinder. These adjustments strengthen the outlines of the image in the viewfinder, making it easier to focus the camera.
Menu settings allow you to adjust peaking only with the PEAKING control, and to adjust H detail and V detail separately.
