❏Open the printer cover.
❏If a paper roll is already loaded in the printer, remove it. Pull up the receipt
printer mechanism and swing it to a raised position until it stops.
Important!
Parts of the receipt printer mechanism become very hot during printing. Be
sure to handle it carefully to avoid personal injury.
❏Press down on the near-end sensor release with a ball point pen or similar
pointed object, and slide the pointer left and right until it is aligned with the
indicator for the sensor position you want to use.
Note:
The above diameters indicate the outside diameter of the entire roll. To ensure
proper operation of the near-end sensor, the cardboard core of the paper roll
should have an inside diameter 0.47″ (12mm) and an outside diameter of 0.71″
(18mm).
