(3)Pull on the edge of the paper to remove any slack and then push down both sides of the printer cover to close.

Note: Make sure that the printer cover is securely closed.

(4)If the printer cover is closed after turning on the power, the cutter op- erates automatically and the front end of the paper is cut.

Note: If the cutter does not operate after the printer cover is closed, open the cover and close it again securely.

(5)If necessary, attach the paper stop- per to the paper cover as shown

below. The output tray can hold up to 30 sheets (thickness: 80–105 m, length: 50–150 mm).

Note: When attaching the paper stopper to the paper cover, position the stopper accord- ing to the length of the cut paper. (Refer to the follow- ing table.)
