Implosion with Seal
Valve When this option is enabled, the controller
builds a vacuum in the filter chamber by
isolating it from the rest of the system with the
sealing valve. The vacuum is then released to
dislodge dust and debris.
Implosion without
Seal Valve When this option is enabled, the controller
builds a vacuum in the filter chamber by
isolating it from the rest of the system by closing
all the station sequence valves assigned to that
pump. The vacuum is then released to dislodge
dust and debris.
Every n Loads Number of conveying cycles to stations between
filter cleanings.
Adjust this setting based on experience. The
more dust and debris in your material line, the
smaller this number needs to be.
