SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS
REPLACING PARTS
12.gas VALVE
12.1To change the gas valve:
•Disconnect the inlet pipe
•Disconnect the feed pipe
•Disconnect the pilot pipe
•Disconnect the thermocouple, thermo current wires and the interrupter block
•Remove the two screws and rotate the valve to
access the front
The cable can now be removed from the valve, Diagram 16

• Reassemble in reverse order and check for leaks
13. CHANGING BETWEEN GAS TYPES
In order to change between gas types it will be necessary to change the following items.
Main Injector
Main Burner
Pilot Injector
Control Valve
Control Box
Thermocouple ( NG to LPG only).
LPG to NG no change).
Data Badge
14. control bracket assembly
NOTE: THIS ONLY NEEDS TO BE DONE IF ACCESS IS TO THE CONTROLS IS RESTRICTED.
14.1Remove the outer decorative front, refer to the instructions supplied with the front. (FOR VETRO, PLANO AND STEEL
FRAMES, MAKE SURE THAT THE TOUCHPAD IS
REMOVED FROM THE HARNESS BEFORE FRAME REMOVAL)
14.2Remove the lower panel. See diagram 6 above.
14.3Disconnect the gas pipe at the isolation device. See diagram 17 arrow B.
