USER INSTRUCTION
EMERGENCY SHUT OFF
If the batteries fail during use of the fire:
•Move the emergency shut off switch to the OFF (O) position
This emergency switch is located behind the slotted lower panel on the underside of the appliance:

3. CLEANING THE LINEA
ENSURE THE APPLIANCE IS COLD BEFORE PROCEEDING.
3.1The outside casing of the Linea should be cleaned using a damp cloth.
3.2To clean the glass panel, remove the decorative front as detailed in the instructions supplied with front.
3.3Remove the glass panel by unscrewing the nine pozidrive screws, Diagram 5

3.4Use a damp cloth and warm soapy water. Ensure the glass is dry before
3.5Ensure that the fibreglass seal on the firebox is intact then hook the location tabs over the hooks on the top of the firebox. Replace the nine screws working from the top down, three long ones in the bottom holes. Tighten the screws evenly.
NEVER OPERATE THE APPLIANCE WHEN THE GLASS PANEL IS REMOVED OR BROKEN.

4.1This is a safety feature incorporated on this appliance which automatically switches off the gas supply if the pilot goes out and fails to heat the thermocouple.

5.1The surface coating on the ceramic panel used in your GAZCO fire will "burn off" during the first few hours of use producing a harmless and temporary odour. This will disappear after a short period of use. If the odour persists, ask your installer for advice.
6.servicing
6.1The fire must be serviced every 12 months by a qualified Gas Engineer. In all correspondence always quote the Model number and the Serial number which may be found on the data badge.

7.1This appliance requires no additional ventilation.
