In the AD browser, select the OU where you want the account to be created. If accounts should be created for all systems selected in the same OU, press the ‘Create the Remaining accounts in this folder’ button.

For each system that you ‘Enable’, a user account with the name tms-’system id’ is created (e.g. from the previous picture, the following users are created: tms-6, tms-7, tms-8 etc.). The number listed in front of the system name in the Integration Tool is the System ID from TMS for that system.

Use existing accounts

By selecting ‘Use an existing AD account’, you need to specify an existing mail- box account that will be associated with the Videoconferencing system. This option is used when you already have a resource account you previously have been scheduling in Exchange that represents the TMS system and have not been using TMS Scheduling. This allows you to migrate from your Exchange- only model to a Exchange+TMS implementation. This setting is also used if are using the alternate account creation method because you are not a Domain Administrator.
