Step 7
Lubricate the o-rings on the inner and outer air tubes.
DO NOT lubricate the o-ring on the air orifice. Place
the inner air tube inside the outer air tube.

Step 8
Install the air orifice into the hole inthe top of the inner
air tube. Make sure the hole in the air orifice is clean
and not blocked.

Note: If the hole in the air orifice should become
plugged, use soap and hot water to clear the hole.
Caution should be used not to enlarge the hole size in
the air orifice.
Step 9
Stand the assembled air tube in the corner of t he mix
hopperand plac e the agitator on the agitator housing.

Note: Ift he agitator should stop turning during normal
operation, with sanitized hands, remove t he agitator
from the agitator housing and brush clean with
sanitizing solution. Install the agitator back ont o the
agitator housing.
Repeat Steps 5 through 9 for the other side of the
freezer on the Model H84.
Step 10
Return to the freezer with a small amount of sanitizing
solution. Dip the door spout brush into the sanitizing
solutionand br ush clean the door spout(s) and bottom
of the draw valve(s).
Note: To assure sanitary conditions are maintained,
brush clean each item for a total of 60 seconds,
repeatedly dipping the brush in sanitizing solution.
Install the design cap(s).
