ip ipadd
Assign an IP address to an IP interface.
SYNTAX:
ip ipadd intf = <{loop|Internet|LocalNetwork}>
addr = <ip-address>
[netmask = <ip-mask(dotted or cidr)]>
[pointopoint = <ip-address]>
[addroute = <{disabled|enabled}]>
where:
intf The IP interface name. REQUIRED
addr The new IP address to add. REQUIRED
netmask The subnetmask associated with this address. OPTIONAL
pointopoint The remote address in case of a point-to-point
link. OPTIONAL
addroute Add typical net/subnet routes automatically. OPTIONAL
