1 squash (200 g)

150 g ferske sjampinjonger

1aubergine

1rød paprika

1grønn paprika

1dl tomatjuice

2 hvitløksfedd persille (noen kvaster)

2 olivenolje, salt, pepper

1Skjær opp squash og aubergine i terninger. Kutt opp sjampinjongene. Paprikaen kuttes i fine strimler.

2 Ha aubergine, squash, paprika og sjampinjong i ActiFry®. Hell oljen over og stek i 15 min.

3 Knus hvitløk og persille. Tilsett dem sammen med tomatjuicen. Smak til med krydder og deretter stek i 10 til 15 min.

4 bananer som ikke er for myke

20 g kakao nibs

8 ark filodeig (fås i asiatiske matbutikker)

1 egg

Saus:

50 g sjokolade 70 %

30 ml melk

1Kutt bananene i biter med en tykkelse på 1 cm. Skjær arkene med filodeig i 4.

2Legg en klype med nibs på midten av arket. Legg på et stykke banan. Lukk ved å folde to og to kanter og avslutt med å pensle med pisket egg. Stek pannekakene i ActiFry® i 10 min.

3I mellomtiden varmer du melken og hell den deretter over sjokoladen og rør for å blande sausen godt. Bananene kan erstattes med kiwi, pærer, ananas, jordbær, osv.
