NutriCook can be used on all heat sources including induction heating except on Aga cookers.

When using an electric hotplate or induction, make sure that the size of the hot plate does not exceed the size of the NutriCook base.

On a ceramic or halogen, always make sure that the NutriCook base is clean and dry.

On a gas burner, the flame should not lick past the diameter of the NutriCook base.

On all burners, make sure that NutriCook is properly centred.

Never heat your NutriCook when it is empty or you may damage it.
