Using the programme selector

The recipe book that comes with your NutriCook shows you which programme to select for each recipe.

Generally, the cooking programmes* correspond to:

Vegetables Starches Meat

prog 1

prog 2

prog 3

prog 4

However, for some recipes that mix multiple families of foods, the programme has been chosen and validated by our Chef to guarantee you the best texture and taste.

If you wish to innovate and create your own recipes or cook ingredients that are not listed in the tables given at the end of this manual, we recommend you follow these instructions: "prog 1" for vegetables, "prog 2" for starchy foods (or recipes containing at least one starchy food), "prog 3" for meat and "prog 4" for fish and shellfish.

Depending on the cooking programme chosen, the soft steam phase lasts : "prog 1" = 4 mn, "prog 2" = 6 mn, "prog 3" = 10 mn, "prog 4" = 4 mn.

Cooking with frozen ingredients has no effect on the cooking programme.

For soups, we recommend that you choose "prog 2".
