you.

Just like for any other cooking appliance, always pay close attention to it, especially when using NutriCook near children.

The steam jet coming from the steam release outlet

(A) is very hot.

During cooking

With the first acoustic signal, the timer tells you to reduce the heat.

Pressure cooking starts and the timer counts down.

At the end of the pressure cooking stage, on the second acoustic signal, the timer tells you to switch

off the heat and set the cooking programme selector to . Fig. 8.

A jet of hot steam, and possibly droplets of water, escapes from the steam outlet (A) in a vertical direction.

The soft pressure cooking phase starts (this time is ready programmed).

If you accidentally open your NutriCook during the soft cooking phase, close it back up immediately, and this will have no effect on cooking.

Never remove the timer during the pressure cooking or soft pressure cooking phases.

Finishing cooking

At the end of the cooking time at low pressure, the

third acoustic signal emitted by the timer indicates that cooking has ended.

Check that the pressure indicator (D) has dropped back down.

Raise the Open/Close handle to the vertical position to open the lid. Fig. 1

To move NutriCook, use the carrying handles on the side of the cooker.
