down the key will allow you to return to the menu. It is possible to add time by pressing the + or – key and confirming with the key.

Straining, storage and cooling

a) Fromage frais

When the preparation process ends, lift the strainer by the lip, turn it through a quarter turn and replace it in the pot so that it is in the straining position - fig.21-22. Allow it to drain for 15 min. and remove the whey.*

Replace the strainers in the pots, ensuring that they rest on the bottom, and put the lids on the pots - fig.23. Place the fromages frais in your refrigerator and leave them there for at least 4 hours in order for them to become nice and firm.

Mix and smooth the preparation before tasting.
